CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?Updated 6 months ago

Order Cancellation: We can cancel orders as long as they have not been packed and shipped yet unless otherwise stated on the product page. To request a cancellation, please contact us through our Help Portal. We will reply to your request via email to confirm the cancellation. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee a cancellation if your order has already been processed for shipment.


Order Modification: If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the size, quantity, or shipping address), please reach out to our support team via our Help Portal. We will do our best to assist you, depending on the status of your order. However, please note that order modifications may not be possible if your order is in the later stages of processing.

In the event of an approved cancellation, please be aware that we can only issue refunds to the original payment method used for the order. Rest assured that we strive to process refunds promptly and efficiently.
